Thriving In Pregnancy

Version 2After becoming pregnant, I found my previous DNRS training continued to be very supportive. For example, I used some of the techniques to ease my sensations of morning sickness. The methods of DNRS helped in ways I didn’t anticipate, such as the filter it provided me when reading information on prenatal care that can be overly alarmist or conflicting. In a wonderfully unexpected way, DNRS helped me maintain my sense of calm, giving me confidence and more energy than I expected to have, even when nannying for an infant and a 4 year old girl, playing with my 2 year old nephew, housework, yoga, dog walking and more! Evie Mae amazes us every day with her strength and spirit.
